Huang Yuanming: Chengdu High-tech Craftsman

I joined Yuanda Shuyang in 1998 and have been involved in ultrafiltration, virus inactivation, intermediate product testing, and low-temperature ethanol protein separation. I have been repeatedly recognized as an outstanding employee by the company and was named an excellent Communist Party member by the company's Party Committee in 2017. In 2020, I was honored as a Chengdu High-tech Craftsman.

Striving for Research and Improving Product Yield

In my position in production technology, I believe that improving product yield is a key focus. Leading a technical team, we delve deep into the root causes and concentrate on problem-solving. Through the analysis of thousands of practical data, we have identified that the main factor affecting product yield is the co-precipitation of the target protein with other proteins before reaching the sedimentation point. In response to this phenomenon, we have started with the five variable parameters of the production process. Over the course of many years, we have conducted thousands of experiments to adjust data parameters and ratios, finding the optimal balance point and the "golden batch" and "golden ratio" of the "five variable parameters". This has significantly reduced the co-precipitation of human albumin crude product in immunoglobulin crude product and improved product yield.

Doing Simple Things Right Ten Thousand Times

Product manufacturing is repetitive work. I believe that doing simple tasks right ten thousand times is what makes it extraordinary. When simple tasks are repeated many times, it is inevitable to experience psychological fatigue, which can lead to errors. We need to constantly summarize methods in order to do simple things right ten thousand times.
