On the afternoon of December 21, 2023, The "High tech Craftsman" (Industrial Workers) Commendation Conference was held in Jingrong Hui, Gaoxin Zone, Chengdu. The conference focused on recognizing 236 "Hi-Tech Craftsmen" selected in 2022 and 2023. Wang Mingzhi and Zhou Yangqing from the Production Department of Yuanda Shuyang were awarded the title of "High-tech Craftsman" in 2023 and received the commendation.

The "High-tech Craftsman" is an outstanding representative of practicing craftsmanship, as well as a representative of industrial workers who have expertise in craftsmanship and mastery of high skills in the three leading industries in Chengdu Hi-Tech Zone, have been persisting in the front-line positions of production and service for a long time, have a high degree of acceptance in their own fields and industries, and play the role of demonstrators, instructors and teachers among the majority of the workers, especially the team of industrial workers. The "High-tech Craftsman" plays the role of demonstrator, instructor, motivator and leader among the workers, especially the industrial workers.

The two employees honored as "Gaoxin Craftsmen" are excellent in their work, craftsmanship and behavior, interpreting the "Craftsmanship Spirit" and "Shuyang Spirit" with their ordinary experiences. 

For a long time, Yuanda Shuyang has attached great importance to the construction of knowledge-based, skill-based and innovative talent team, continued to raise the skill level of talents through masters and apprentices, job training and skill competitions, strengthened the talent reserve and cultivation of craftsmen, and fostered the formation of the craftsmanship spirit of "persistence, concentration, striving for excellence，meticulousness, and the pursuit of excellence", injecting a strong impetus for promoting the high-quality development of Yuanda Shuyang.
