What made you continue donating plasma for three years? Yang Mei explains:

Initially, I didn't have the intention to donate plasma. I decided to try it out simply because I heard from a friend that it is beneficial for the body. With a curious mindset, I went to the Longchang Shuyang Plasmapheresis Center to start my first donation. After the first donation, I found the process to be relatively simple, and the nurses were patient. When I saw many kind-hearted individuals donating plasma at the scene, their spirit of selflessness inspired me. Subsequently, I continued donating plasma five more times. Later, I learned that regular plasma donation can lower blood lipid levels and promote metabolism. The staff at the Center regularly calls to follow up and show concern for my health, which makes me feel warm. Since then, I have been donating plasma every year. I have also encouraged my relatives and friends to participate and continue donating.
