The celebration activities revolve around the theme of "Celebrating the 100^th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China." The Party Committee of the company specially invited Professor Shen Yuanhan, the former Vice President of the Socialism College of Sichuan Province, the former Deputy Secretary-General of the Sichuan Provincial Political Consultative Conference and Deputy Director of the Political Consultative Conference Education Committee, and a consultant of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference. Professor Shen delivered a special lecture on the topic Why Did History Choose Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, and Xi Jinping? All attendees sang the national anthem together and revisited the Party oath.

The Provincial Committee decided to confer the title of "Outstanding Communist Party Member of Sichuan Province" upon 299 Communist Party members, among whom Chen Fei, the Party Branch Secretary and Manager of Yuanda Shuyang Cangxi Plasmapheresis Center in our company, has been recognized as an Outstanding Communist Party Member of Sichuan Province.

Chen Fei, male, Han nationality, was born in October 1972 in Cangxi, Sichuan Province. He started working in July 1993 after graduating from Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine with a bachelor's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine. He is a licensed traditional Chinese medicine pharmacist and a deputy chief pharmacist. He joined the Communist Party of China in June 2005 and currently serves as the Party Branch Secretary and Manager of Yuanda Shuyang Cangxi Plasmapheresis Center. He is a member of the 10^th CPPCC (Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference) in Cangxi County and a standing committee member of the Blood Safety Professional Committee of the Sichuan Health Supervision Association. He is also a member of the Sichuan Blood Transfusion Association. In 2016, he was awarded the title of "Outstanding Communist Party Member" by the Party Working Committee of Cangxi Economic Development Zone. In 2017, he was awarded the title of "Outstanding Party Branch Secretary" by the Economic Development Zone of Cangxi County. In 2019, he was recognized as an "Outstanding CPPCC Member" by the CPPCC Committee of Cangxi County. In March 2020, he was named one of the "Top Ten" leading figures in the commerce and service industry of Cangxi County for the year 2019.

Persisting in learning and self-improvement

As the Party Branch Secretary of Yuanda Shuyang Cangxi Plasmapheresis Center, Comrade Chen Fei has always adhered to the concept of lifelong learning and continuously improved his personal comprehensive qualities. He persists in learning and strictly implements Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. He took the initiative to participate in a study program for Party organization secretaries of private enterprises in Yan'an, using advanced political theories to strengthen himself and lay a solid foundation for carrying out high-quality Party affairs in the branch. At the same time, to enhance current affairs learning, he organizes all Party members of the branch to have centralized learning sessions every Friday to study the spirit of the National People' s Congress of the People' s Republic of China and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of speeches, and the policies and regulations of higher-level units regarding the development of private enterprises. They actively engage in discussions, write reflections, continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of branch learning activities, enhance their own political literacy, and drive all Party members of the branch to progress together.

Being practical and pragmatic, and working meticulously

He persists in studying business knowledge in a practical and applied manner, continuously improving the plasma collection methods, and constantly enhancing the level of lawful plasma collection. He has successively obtained a bachelor's degree through self-study and a certificate as a deputy chief traditional Chinese medicine pharmacist. In daily work, he strictly adheres to the standards of "pursuing excellence and persevering" with a focus on quality supervision. He comprehensively optimizes the management system, does well in collection and testing work, ensures the quality of plasma, and establishes a good image for the Center. To improve the traffic situation at the Center, he took the initiative to apply to relevant departments for the opening of 3 bus routes and coordinated with the finance department to provide free bus tickets for all plasma donors. Under his leadership, and with the unremitting efforts of all Party members and employees at the Center, Cangxi Plasmapheresis Center has been designated by Sichuan Province as a demonstration unit for the supervision and law enforcement of blood collection and supply institutions. In January 2019, Cangxi Shuyang Plasmapheresis Co., Ltd. was commended as one of the "Top Ten Private Enterprises" by the county committee and government.

Taking proactive and fulfilling responsibilities

As a private entrepreneur, Comrade Chen Fei actively takes on social responsibility and voluntarily participates in poverty alleviation and epidemic prevention activities. In 2017, to strengthen health poverty alleviation, he organized all Party members to donate caring medicine boxes to over 150 impoverished households. In January 2018, as part of the "I'm Doing Something for Poverty Alleviation" campaign, he donated RMB 5,000. In June of the same year, he led the Center to join forces with Jiange Plasmapheresis Center to donate RMB 6,000 in industry support funds to Fenghuang Village in Lingjiang Town. In January 2018, he was granted the title of "Caring CPPCC Member" by the CPPCC Committee of Cangxi County for his participation in the "I'm Doing Something for Poverty Alleviation" campaign. After the outbreak of the epidemic, in the face of the severe epidemic prevention situation, he took the lead in donating RMB 1,200 and actively participated in frontline prevention and control duties. He guided the Quality Assurance Division to organize all employees to learn epidemic prevention knowledge daily. On February 20, 2020, during the festive season, he and branch Party members traveled more than 400 kilometers in the freezing wind to visit and comfort the working staff stationed at 4 checkpoints including the Qiaoziba Toll Station. In May 2021, in order to celebrate the 100^th anniversary of the founding of the Party, he voluntarily paid a special Party fee of RMB 2,000. On May 31^st, he and the Cangxi Federation of Youth donated RMB 15,000 in cash to Yonghe Elementary School, as well as printers and other learning materials, of which he personally donated RMB 3,000.

"From the moment I put on the Party emblem, my life has been destined to be closely linked to the happiness of the people." In June 2018, Comrade Chen Fei's deeds were selected for propaganda reporting in Pioneer of Lixiang by the People's Government of Cangxi County. At the age of 46, he has been fulfilling his Party oath through his actions and will continue to strive in the future, making the Party emblem on his chest shine brightly.
